Incredible service. My wife and I used their services to buy our first investment property. I feel we got a great property for a great price, and we really did nothing. Michael went to property inspections, provided a detailed list of properties with recommended work to have it ready for rental, and advise on what the right price point would be. We utilised their full network of connected professionals including conveyancer, pest and building inspections and even trades to help get the property ready for rent.
