As a buyer’s agent, I often help clients find their dream properties, but sometimes, the search takes us beyond the ordinary. As was the case with one client, an acreage buyer seeking a large, usable plot of land.

Negotiation, however, is where the true art of this deal unfolded. By understanding the seller’s situation, who was an elderly owner, we offered that they leave all their unwanted belongings and equipment, saving them time and effort in having to remove the items themself.

This creative approach secured the property for just under $1.8 million—a great price! The package even included a tractor, horse float, and water licence.
